Course Description: The Heartsaver First Aid Course teaches rescuers to recognize and treat emergencies in adults during the initial critical minutes of an incident while waiting for emergency medical services personnel arrive. This course includes first aid basics, injury emergencies, medical emergencies, and environmental emergencies.

Optional written exam.

Course Length: 3½ hours.
