Course Description:

This three (3) hour course was developed for several of our clients to help their employees provide more effective customer service when dealing with challenging customers. Learn techniques that can defuse tense verbal and physical confrontations with irate customers. Raise your level of situational awareness. Increase customer satisfaction and employee safety through this innovative course.
